Dr. Brant makes dental implant surgery painless I had dental implants done and I am more than happy to express how positive of an experience it was. Every possible effort was made to assure me that the procedure was painless during and after surgery, and to my surprise, it was. Dr. Brant and his staff treated me with understanding, care and took the time to explain everything to me. I would recommend Dr. Brant to all of my friends.
